小方适配哪些锅？
小方适配任何锅——不锈钢、铸铁、不粘涂层、碳钢，连平底煎盘都行。它通过光学方式测量表面温度，所以锅的材质不重要。电磁炉、燃气灶、电炉——全都一样。甚至没有锅，烧烤也行。
你们的保修政策是怎样的？
1 年保修，覆盖制造缺陷。精密加工铝合金机身。非人为故意损坏，我们负责维修或换新。联系 support@cuechef.com，附上订单号。
多久才能发货？
订单在 3–5 个工作日内发出。符合条件的地区免运费。
需要 WiFi 或 App 吗？
不需要。小方完全可以独立使用。AMOLED 屏幕和 LED 灯环直接在设备上给出实时反馈。App 可选——用于回放、菜谱分享和固件更新。
你们的退货政策是怎样的？
收货后 30 天内可退货。如果小方没有改变你的烹饪方式，寄回来，全额退款。改变主意退货：买家承担退货运费。质量问题：免费退货。收到退货后 7 个工作日内全额退款。
