Thank you for choosing Cue Chef. We strive to provide reliable and efficient global shipping. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms.

1. PROCESSING & HANDLING

· Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

· Battery Handling: Due to the inclusion of lithium batteries, your package requires specialized handling and safety labeling to comply with international aviation regulations.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

· Standard Shipping: Generally takes 7–15 business days for major regions (US, EU).

· Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for select regions, generally taking 3–7 business days.

· Notice: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier peak seasons.

3. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

· Responsibility: Cue Chef is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

· Compliance: We will declare the package value accurately as per legal requirements.

4. SHIPMENT TRACKING & SIGNATURE

· Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

· Signature Requirement: Due to the value and nature (battery-powered) of our electronics, a signature may be required upon delivery.

5. INSPECTION & DAMAGES

· Recipient’s Duty: Please inspect the packaging upon arrival. If the box is severely damaged, leaking, or crushed, please take photos before opening and notify the carrier immediately.

· Lost/Stolen Packages: Cue Chef is not liable for products lost or stolen after they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

· PO Boxes/APO/FPO: We generally cannot ship battery-operated electronics to PO Boxes or military addresses due to safety regulations.

· Remote Areas: Additional shipping surcharges may apply to remote regions (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, or offshore islands).
