How does Cube O1 know when to flip a steak?
Cube O1 watches the temperature of your pan surface 10 times per second. When the heat drops — the moment your steak hits the pan — it starts a countdown. When time is up, the light turns yellow. You flip. No guesswork.
What's the difference between Cube O1 and a meat thermometer?
A meat thermometer measures one spot inside your food. Cube O1 sees 4,800 temperature points across the entire pan surface. It tells you when the pan is ready, when to flip, and when to rest — not just the final temperature.
Does Cube O1 work with induction, gas, or electric?
All of them. Cube O1 points at your pan surface from above — it doesn't matter what's heating it from below. Induction, gas, electric, ceramic — it works exactly the same.
