Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website, mobile application, or smart hardware products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized in writing by Cue Chef.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
· Ownership: All content included in the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, AI-generated recipes, and software, is the property of Cue Chef Innovation (Hongkong) Company Ltd.
· License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services and use the software embedded in our hardware products solely for their intended purpose.
3. SMART HARDWARE & APP USAGE
· Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
· Firmware Updates: We may automatically deliver security and functional updates to your hardware. Continued use of the hardware constitutes your consent to such updates.
· Connectivity: Access to certain smart features requires an active internet connection. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your network provider.
4. COOKING SAFETY & DISCLAIMER
· Safety First: Our smart hardware is a tool to assist in cooking. It does not replace human supervision. You must never leave the appliance unattended while in use.
· Nutritional Information: Any nutritional data or cooking advice provided via the App is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for specific dietary needs.
· Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cue Chef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to property damage or fire) resulting from improper use or unauthorized modification of the hardware.
5. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or billing address provided.
6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & PLATFORMS
Our Services may be accessed via third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Temu). Your interactions with these platforms are governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
